From the Arches National Park Visitor Center, head east on Arches Entrance Road. Continue for about 10 miles until you reach the junction with the Devil's Garden Road. Turn right onto Devil's Garden Road. Follow this road for approximately 2.5 miles, and look for the Broken Arch Trailhead parking area on your left. There are no fees for parking at the trailhead, as it is included in your park entry fee.

If you are using public transportation, take the free park shuttle to the Devil's Garden stop. The shuttle runs seasonally, so check the current schedule at the Visitor Center. Once you disembark at the Devil's Garden stop, walk back down the road toward the parking area for about 0.2 miles until you see the signs for the Broken Arch Trailhead.
