From Bear Lake, head south on US-89. Continue for approximately 15 miles until you reach the junction with ID-36. Turn left onto ID-36 and continue for about 10 miles. You will see signs for Minnetonka Cave. Turn onto Minnetonka Cave Road and follow it for about 3 miles until you reach the cave entrance. Parking is available near the entrance.
