Take exit 303 for I-80 East toward Cheyenne and continue on I-80 East for about 20 miles. Take exit 121 for 1300 East toward Salt Lake City. Merge onto 1300 East, then turn right onto Sunnyside Ave. The Pony Express National Historic Trail is located at 2423-2599 Sunnyside Ave S, Salt Lake City, UT 84108.
