Car
If you are driving from the main area of Book Cliffs, head south on UT-191 S. Continue on UT-191 S for approximately 23 miles until you reach the junction with UT-313. Turn left onto UT-313 and follow it for about 10 miles. The road will lead you directly into Canyonlands National Park. Once you are in the park, follow the signs for the Island in the Sky district. Mesa Arch is located near the parking area at the end of the road. Please note that there is an entrance fee to Canyonlands National Park, which is typically around $30 per vehicle, valid for 7 days. Make sure to have cash or a credit card ready.
Public Transportation
While public transportation options are limited in this area, you can use a shuttle service from Moab, which is the nearest town with more options.
