Car
If you're driving, start from the Bryce Canyon Visitor Center, located at 63 S Main St, Bryce, UT 84764. Head south on UT-63 for about 3.5 miles. Look for the parking area for the Riggs Spring Loop Trail on your left. The trailhead is well marked and is near the parking lot.
Park Shuttle
During the peak season, Bryce Canyon National Park offers a shuttle service. You can catch the shuttle from the Bryce Canyon Visitor Center. Ride the shuttle to the stop labeled 'Riggs Spring Loop Trail'. The shuttle runs frequently, so check the schedule available at the Visitor Center or online before your visit for exact timings. Note that the shuttle service is included in the park entrance fee, which is $35 per vehicle.
Biking
If you prefer biking, you can rent a bike from the Visitor Center. From the Visitor Center, take the paved path that leads to the park roads and follow UT-63 south for about 3.5 miles. Be cautious of vehicles and enjoy the scenic views along the way. There is a bike rack available at the trailhead for you to secure your bike while you hike.
