Car
From Canyonlands National Park, head east on UT-211 E. Continue for approximately 20 miles until you reach US-191 N. Turn left onto US-191 N and drive for about 45 miles. Merge onto I-70 W and continue for around 30 miles. Take exit 49 for US-89 S toward Richfield. After about 10 miles, merge onto UT-118 S. Continue for about 30 miles, and then turn left onto UT-24 E. Follow this road for about 20 miles until you reach Fishlake National Forest. The main visitor center is located at 115 E 900 N, Sevier, UT 84766.
