Car
If you are already within Capitol Reef National Park, head towards the visitor center located at 38.3125° N, 111.1502° W. From there, take Highway 24 east towards Torrey. Continue on Highway 24 for approximately 10 miles, where you will find several scenic viewpoints and trailheads. Be sure to stop at the Fruita Historic District to see the historic buildings and orchards, which are especially beautiful in the spring when the fruit trees are in bloom.

If you are relying on public transport, your best option is to take a Greyhound bus or a regional shuttle service to Torrey, Utah. From Torrey, you may need to arrange for a taxi or rideshare service to get into the park.
