    If you are near the Cedar City Transit Center located at 100 E Center St, take the Route 1 bus heading north. Get off at the 'Main St and 820 N' stop. From there, Dixie National Forest will be directly across the street at 820 N Main St.

    Bicycle

    Rent a bicycle from a local shop or use a bike-sharing service. Start at the Cedar City Library at 303 N 100 E. Ride north on 100 E until you reach Center St, then turn left.
