Start from the Cedar City Main Street. Head east on Main Street towards 200 E. Turn left onto 200 E and continue for about 0.5 miles until you reach the intersection with N 600 W. Turn right onto N 600 W and walk for approximately 0.3 miles. You will come to the Cedar City Transit Hub. From the hub, take the 'Zion National Park' shuttle service. The shuttle will take you to the nearest stop for Toquerville Falls. Once you get off, follow the signs for a short hiking trail leading to the falls.

Rent a bicycle from one of the local shops in Cedar City. Begin your ride from the downtown area, cycling south on Main Street. Continue for about 2 miles until you reach the intersection with UT-17. Turn right onto UT-17 and follow it for approximately 7 miles. Look for signs indicating Toquerville Falls.
