Getting There

• Car

  If you are driving, start by heading northeast on Main Street (UT-68) from the center of Cedar Valley. Continue on UT-68 for approximately 10 miles until you reach the junction with I-15. Merge onto I-15 North. After about 15 miles, take exit 188 towards US-50 East. Follow US-50 for about 8 miles until you reach Holden. Once in Holden, turn right onto 100 E St. Continue for a couple of blocks until you reach 100 N St. The Cedar Springs Fort Historical Marker will be on your right at the intersection.

• Public Transportation

  Public transportation options are limited in Cedar Valley. However, you can take UTA bus services from nearby communities to reach Holden. Look for the UTA route that services the area and plan your trip to get off at a stop near US-50. From there, you may need to walk approximately 1 mile to the Cedar Springs Fort Historical Marker along US-50, turning onto 100 E St and then 100 N St. Be sure to check the UTA website for the latest schedule and any potential fare costs.

• Walking

  If you find yourself in Holden, you can easily walk to the Cedar Springs Fort Historical Marker. From the center of Holden, head east on Main Street (US-50) and turn onto 100 E St. Walk for a few blocks, and you will reach the intersection with 100 N St. The marker is located right at this intersection. It is a short and pleasant walk, taking about 15-20 minutes depending on your pace.
