From Cedar Valley, start by heading north on SR-68 towards Lehi. Continue on SR-68 for about 10 miles until you reach I-15 North. Merge onto I-15 North and follow it for approximately 13 miles. Take exit 278 for US-89 towards American Fork. After exiting, turn left onto US-89 and continue for about 5 miles. Turn right onto E Alpine Loop Rd and follow the road for about 2 miles. Timpanogos Cave National Monument will be on your left at 2038 E Alpine Loop Rd, American Fork, UT 84003.
