Starting from Cedar Valley, get onto I-15 N from UT-73 E. Continue on I-15 N for approximately 19 miles. Take exit 304 for 2100 S toward Sugar House. Merge onto 2100 S and continue for about 2 miles. Turn left onto S 1300 E, then take a right onto E 2100 S. Follow this road for about 0.5 miles; the Sugar House Monument will be on your left. Parking is available nearby, but you may need to pay for a parking meter, which typically costs around $1 per hour.
