From St. George, Utah, take Interstate 15 North. Merge onto US-91 North toward Cedar City. After approximately 30 miles, take the exit for US-89 North toward Kanab. Continue on US-89 North for about 60 miles until you reach the junction with UT-12. Turn left onto UT-12 East and drive for approximately 20 miles. Look for signs directing you to Circle Cliffs, which will be off UT-12.
