From Escalante, start at the Escalante Visitor Center located at 755 West Main Street. Head east on Main Street and continue until you reach Highway 12. Cross the highway and follow the signs for the Grosvenor Arch trailhead, which is approximately 4.5 miles from the Visitor Center. The trailhead is located on the dirt road off Highway 12. Be prepared for a short hike; the trail to the arch is about 1 mile round-trip and is relatively easy to navigate.

If you have a bicycle, you can take a scenic ride from Escalante. Start at the Escalante Visitor Center and head east on Main Street. Make a right onto Highway 12 and bike approximately 4.5 miles to the Grosvenor Arch trailhead. There is a dirt parking area where you can lock your bike. From the trailhead, the hike to Grosvenor Arch is about 1 mile and offers beautiful views along the way.

For those who prefer walking, you can take a leisurely stroll from Escalante. Start at the Escalante Visitor Center and walk east on Main Street. Follow the road as it leads to Highway 12. Once you reach the highway, you can walk along the shoulder for about 4.5 miles to reach the Grosvenor Arch trailhead. Ensure you have good walking shoes and water for the journey. The hike to the arch itself is a short 1-mile round-trip.
