From the Visitor Center, head west on Main Street for about 0.3 miles until you reach the junction with Highway 12. Cross the highway and continue walking on the paved path that leads to the Lower Calf Creek Falls trailhead. It is approximately 4.5 miles to the trailhead, which will take around 1.5 to 2 hours depending on your pace.

If you have access to a bicycle, you can start from the Escalante Visitor Center at 755 West Main Street. Head west on Main Street for about 0.3 miles, then turn left onto Highway 12. Continue cycling for approximately 4 miles until you see the sign for Lower Calf Creek Falls. The trailhead will be on your right. The bicycle ride will take about 20 to 30 minutes.
