Getting There

• Walking

  If you are starting from the Escalante Visitor Center located at 755 West Main Street, head east on Main Street. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with UT-12. Turn left onto UT-12 and walk north. Ofland Escalante - formerly Yonder is located at 2020 UT-12, which is about a 15-20 minute walk (approximately 1 mile) from the Visitor Center. Keep an eye out for the hotel on your right side as you approach.

• Biking

  For those who prefer biking, you can rent a bike from local rental shops in Escalante. Start at the Escalante Visitor Center and ride east on Main Street. When you reach UT-12, turn left and head north. The distance is about 1 mile, and biking should take around 5-10 minutes. Watch for traffic as UT-12 can be busy, especially during tourist season.

• Public Transportation

  Currently, Escalante does not have a public bus system that directly services Ofland Escalante - formerly Yonder. However, you can inquire at the Escalante Visitor Center about any local shuttle services that may be available during your visit. If a shuttle is available, it can drop you off directly at 2020 UT-12.

• Ride-sharing

  If you're looking for a quicker option, consider using a ride-sharing service like Uber or Lyft. Simply open the app and enter 'Ofland Escalante' or the address '2020 UT-12, Escalante, UT 84726' as your destination. Depending on availability, a driver should be able to pick you up from your location in Escalante and take you directly to your destination.
