You will see a trailhead on your left (east side of the road) before you reach the Sand Caves. This area is marked with a small sign indicating the Sand Caves. Follow the path leading into the hills, keeping an eye out for trail markers. The hike to the caves is about 0.5 miles and will take you through some sandy terrain, so wear appropriate footwear.
