From the center of Kanab, head east on E Center St toward S 100 E. Continue walking for about 0.5 miles until you reach the intersection with US-89. Turn left onto US-89 and walk north for approximately 1 mile. You will see signs for Zion National Park on your left. Continue on US-89 for another 2 miles. Look for the entrance to the Narrows, which is located near the parking area at Zion National Park.
