Getting There

• Walking

  If you are starting from the Kanab Visitor Center located at 745 E Highway 89, exit the center and head east on Highway 89. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with S 100 E Street. Turn left onto S 100 E and continue walking north until you reach E 100 S. At the corner of E 100 S, you will see the Bowman–Chamberlain House at 14 E 100 S, Kanab, UT 84741. The walk is approximately 0.5 miles and should take about 10-15 minutes.

• Bicycle

  Starting from the Kanab City Park located at 60 N 100 E, head south on N 100 E until you reach E 100 S. Turn right onto E 100 S and continue cycling for about 0.3 miles. The Bowman–Chamberlain House will be on your left at 14 E 100 S, Kanab, UT 84741. This route is approximately 1 mile and should take about 5-10 minutes depending on your cycling speed.

• Public Transportation

  Currently, Kanab does not have a public transit system. However, if you are staying at local accommodations, inquire about shuttle services or tour operators that may offer rides to historical landmarks, including the Bowman–Chamberlain House.
