Getting There

• Walking

  Start at the Logan City Library located at 255 North Main Street. Head north on Main Street until you reach 400 North. Turn left onto 400 North and continue walking until you reach the intersection with 1000 East. Turn right onto 1000 East and follow it as it curves into 1200 East. Continue on 1200 East until you reach 2100 North. Here, you will find the entrance to Logan Canyon. Follow the paved path into the canyon, which will lead you to Third Dam. The dam is located along the river; look for signs pointing towards the water.

• Biking

  Begin your journey at the Logan City Library located at 255 North Main Street. Head north on Main Street and take a left onto 400 North. Continue until you reach 1000 East, then turn right. Follow 1000 East until it turns into 1200 East, and keep going until you hit 2100 North. At this point, enter Logan Canyon. The biking path will take you along the river, and you will find Third Dam on your right. It's a scenic ride, perfect for enjoying the natural beauty of the canyon.

• Public Transportation

  From the Logan Transit Center located at 199 North Main Street, take the Cache Valley Transit District bus Route 6 towards Logan Canyon. Stay on the bus until you reach the stop at 2100 North. Once you get off, walk towards the canyon entrance. Take the paved trail that leads you alongside the river; Third Dam will be accessible along this route. Make sure to check the bus schedule for return trips.
