Public Bus
Start at the Logan Transit Center located at 199 N Main St, Logan, UT 84321. Board the Cache Valley Transit District bus line 1 towards the Logan Canyon. Stay on the bus for about 15 minutes until you reach the stop at 600 N 1000 E. From there, transfer to bus line 2 heading towards the State Park. Get off at the stop nearest to Logan Canyon (approximately 10 minutes). Once you disembark, follow the signs leading to the Wind Cave Trailhead which is about a 15-20 minute walk up the canyon trail.
Bicycle
If you have access to a bicycle, you can start from the Logan City Library at 255 N Main St, Logan, UT 84321. Head east on 200 N until you reach 1000 E, then turn left. Continue on 1000 E until you reach the intersection with 600 N. At this point, you will want to turn right onto 600 N and follow it until you reach the Logan Canyon road. Continue uphill on the Logan Canyon road for about 5 miles; you will see signs directing you to the Wind Cave Trailhead. The ride should take roughly 30-40 minutes, depending on your pace.
Walking
For those who prefer to walk, begin your journey at the Logan City Library at 255 N Main St, Logan, UT 84321. Walk east on 200 N to 1000 E, then turn left. Follow 1000 E until you reach 600 N, then turn right. Continue straight until you reach the Logan Canyon road. Once you hit the canyon road, turn left and follow it for approximately 5 miles. You’ll notice signs for the Wind Cave Trailhead along the way. This walk may take about 1.5 to 2 hours, so be prepared with water and comfortable walking shoes.
