From downtown Moab, start at the Moab Information Center located at 25 E Center St, Moab, UT 84532. Head east on Center St towards Main St. Turn left onto Main St and walk north for about 0.5 miles. At the intersection with 400 N, turn right, and continue walking until you reach the entrance of Arches National Park. Once you arrive at the park entrance, continue on Arches Scenic Drive for approximately 2 miles. Balanced Rock will be visible on your right side.

Begin your journey at the Moab Mountain Biking Center, located at 1000 N Main St, Moab, UT 84532. Rent a bike if you need to. Head north on Main St for about 0.5 miles until you reach the intersection with 400 N. Turn right onto 400 N and continue straight until you reach the entrance of Arches National Park. Once inside the park, bike along Arches Scenic Drive for about 2 miles. Balanced Rock will appear on your right side. Make sure to wear a helmet and stay hydrated!
