Start at the Moab Visitor Center located at 25 E Center St, Moab, UT 84532. From the Visitor Center, head east on Center St toward Main St. Turn left onto Main St (US-191) and walk north for about 0.5 miles. You will pass several shops and restaurants. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with 100 N St. Turn right onto 100 N St and continue until you reach the intersection with 400 E St. Turn left onto 400 E St, then continue straight as it becomes 500 E St. Follow 500 E St as it curves and turns into 200 S St, and eventually into 500 S St. After about 1 mile, you will reach the entrance to the Canyonlands National Park. The Colorado River Overlook is accessible via a short hike from the park, approximately 0.5 miles from the visitor area to the overlook.

Begin your journey at the Moab Visitor Center at 25 E Center St. Rent a bike from one of the local bike shops near Main St. Once you have your bike, head north on Main St (US-191) for about 0.5 miles. After reaching the intersection with 100 N St, turn right and continue until you reach 400 E St. Turn left onto 400 E St and continue to follow the road as it turns into 500 E St, which eventually curves into 200 S St. Continue on this road for approximately 1 mile until you arrive at the entrance to Canyonlands National Park. Park your bike at the designated area, and follow the marked trail to the Colorado River Overlook, which is about a 0.5-mile hike from the parking area.
