Start at the Moab Visitor Center located at 25 East Center Street, Moab, UT 84532. Head east on Center Street until you reach the intersection with Main Street. Turn right onto Main Street and walk south for about 0.5 miles until you reach the intersection with 400 East. Turn left onto 400 East, which will become 500 East as you continue. Follow 500 East until it turns into Moonflower Drive. Continue on Moonflower Drive for about 1 mile until you reach the entrance to Moonflower Canyon Recreation Area.

Beginning at the Moab Recreation and Aquatic Center located at 374 Park Avenue, Moab, UT 84532, head north on Park Avenue towards Main Street. Turn left onto Main Street and ride south for approximately 0.5 miles. Turn left onto 400 East, which will become 500 East. Continue on 500 East until it turns into Moonflower Drive. Follow Moonflower Drive for about 1 mile until you arrive at the Moonflower Canyon Recreation Area entrance.
