From the center of Mt Carmel, head south on Main Street towards the intersection with Highway 89. Once you reach Highway 89, turn right and walk along the highway for approximately 1.5 miles. Look for signs directing you to Agua Canyon on your left. Follow the pathway leading into the canyon area.
Bicycle
If you have access to a bicycle, start at Main Street in Mt Carmel and head south towards Highway 89. Turn right onto Highway 89 and continue biking for about 1.5 miles. You will notice signage for Agua Canyon on your left. There is a bike path leading into the canyon, making it a scenic ride.
Hiking
For a more adventurous route, start your hike from the outskirts of Mt Carmel. Head towards the base of the surrounding hills and take the trail leading south. This route will eventually connect you with the paths leading to Agua Canyon. Ensure you have a detailed map or guide as the terrain can be rugged.
