If you're starting from the center of Mt. Carmel, head north on Main Street. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with Highway 89. Turn left onto Highway 89 and follow it for about 4 miles. You will pass through scenic views of Utah's landscape. After 4 miles, you will reach Cedar City. Look for the signs directing you to the Frontier Homestead State Park Museum, which is located at 635 N Main St, Cedar City. The museum is situated on the right side of the street.
Bicycle
Starting from the Mt. Carmel town center, cycle north on Main Street. As you approach the intersection with Highway 89, turn left and follow the highway for approximately 4 miles. Enjoy a leisurely ride with the beautiful surroundings. Once you reach Cedar City, keep an eye out for the Frontier Homestead State Park Museum at 635 N Main St, which will be on your right.
