Walking
From Mt. Carmel, head southwest on US-89 for approximately 4 miles until you reach the junction with UT-14. This will take about 1 hour on foot. At the junction, turn left onto UT-14 eastbound. Continue walking for about 7 miles. You'll pass through scenic landscapes. After about 7 miles, look for a sign indicating the Parowan Gap Petroglyphs. Follow the sign which will lead you onto a dirt road. Walk approximately 1 mile down this road, and you will arrive at the petroglyph site.

If you have a bicycle, start from Mt. Carmel and ride southwest on US-89 for about 4 miles. Once you reach the junction with UT-14, take a left and bike east on UT-14 for approximately 7 miles. The road is relatively flat and offers beautiful views. Keep an eye out for the signs for Parowan Gap Petroglyphs, which will direct you to a dirt road. Take this road and bike for about 1 mile to arrive at the petroglyphs.
