Start at the center of Mt. Carmel. Head south on US-89 for about 0.5 miles until you reach the intersection with East 300 North. Continue walking south, and keep an eye on the landscape as you go. You will eventually see the entrance to Sand Caves on the right-hand side of the road. The caves are located approximately 2 miles south of the town center, and you can spot them from the road.
