From Mt. Carmel, walk to the nearest bus stop for the local transit service. Board the bus heading towards Cedar City. The journey will take approximately 1 hour. Once you arrive at the Cedar City bus station, transfer to a shuttle service that operates to Brian Head. Confirm the shuttle schedule in advance, as it may vary by season. The shuttle will take about 30 minutes to reach the Cedar Breaks National Monument visitor center. Make sure to check the operating hours of the monument before your visit.

If you prefer cycling, rent a bike in Mt. Carmel. From the center of Mt. Carmel, head south on US-89 for about 10 miles until you reach the junction with UT-14.
