Continue walking for about 1.5 miles (approximately 30-40 minutes depending on your pace) until you reach the Sand Caves trailhead, which is located on the left side of the road. Look for a dirt path leading into the canyon; this is where the Sand Caves are located. Follow the path to the caves, which will take around 15-20 minutes of walking.
