Getting There

  • Public Bus

    From downtown Ogden, head to the Ogden Transit Center located at 2350 Wall Ave. Take the UTA bus route 616 towards Eden. The bus will take you along the scenic route through Ogden Valley. Get off at the stop closest to Summit Pass Rd, which is the nearest stop to Skylodge. From there, it’s a short 10-minute walk up Summit Pass Rd to reach the Skylodge - Private Lodge.

  • Bicycle

    If you're comfortable cycling, rent a bike from one of the local shops in Ogden. Start your journey on 25th Street and head north towards Washington Blvd. Continue north on Washington Blvd until you reach 29th Street and turn left. Follow 29th Street as it turns into the scenic Ogden Canyon Road. Keep going until you reach Summit Pass Rd, then take a right. Skylodge - Private Lodge will be on your left. The ride is approximately 14 miles, so be prepared for a bit of a workout!

  • Walking

    For the adventurous walker, start from downtown Ogden and head west towards the Ogden River Parkway Trail. Follow the trail north until you reach 20th Street. Cross over the river and continue to follow the trail until you reach the intersection with 29th Street. Turn left onto 29th Street, which will take you up the canyon. After several miles of beautiful views, turn onto Summit Pass Rd, and Skylodge - Private Lodge will be on your left. Be prepared for a long hike, approximately 7 miles one way.
