Start at the center of Panguitch, near the intersection of Main Street and Center Street. Head south on Main Street for about 0.5 miles until you reach the end of the town. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with US-89. Cross the highway carefully and continue on the dirt road that leads south from the highway. Follow this road for approximately 1.5 miles, where you will find a sign indicating Agate Hill. The path will lead you directly to the scenic views at Agate Hill.
