From the center of Panguitch, start at the intersection of Main Street and Center Street. Head south on Main Street for about 0.5 miles until you reach the junction with Highway 89. Turn left onto Highway 89. Continue walking for approximately 3 miles. You will see a sign for Swamp Canyon on the right side of the highway. Follow the path indicated by the sign to reach the canyon viewpoint.
Biking
If you have a bike, start at the Panguitch City Park located at 200 E Center St. From the park, head east on Center Street to Main Street. Turn left on Main Street and continue for about 0.5 miles. Then, turn left onto Highway 89 and bike for approximately 3 miles. Look for the sign leading to Swamp Canyon on your right. Follow the sign to the viewpoint.
