Getting There

  • Public Bus

    From central Provo, head to the Provo Central Station located at 300 W 600 S. Take the UTA bus route 830 towards Park City. This bus will take you towards Heber City. Stay on the bus for approximately 30 minutes until you reach the Heber City Transit Center. From there, transfer to the Heber Valley Transit route 755 which will take you directly to Jordanelle State Park. Get off at the stop closest to 515 UT-319.

  • Bicycle

    Start at the Provo River Trail, which runs along the river. Head east on the trail until you reach the junction with UT-189. Turn left onto UT-189 and continue north. Follow the road as it curves into Heber City. Once you reach the intersection with UT-319, turn right. Jordanelle State Park is located about a mile down this road on your left.

  • Walking

    If you are near the Provo River Trail, walk towards the south end of the trail until you reach the intersection with 300 S. Turn left and walk east until you reach 500 W. Continue straight until you reach 800 S, then turn right. Follow the road until it becomes UT-189. Keep walking until you reach Heber City, then follow UT-319 to Jordanelle State Park, which will be on your left.
