From Grandview Hill, head east on Grandview Hill Drive until you reach the intersection with 1600 N. Turn left onto 1600 N and continue walking until you reach the intersection with Canyon Road. From there, turn right onto Canyon Road. Walk north along Canyon Road until you reach the entrance of Rock Canyon. Continue walking into the canyon; you will eventually see signs pointing you to Rock Canyon Overlook. The total walking distance is approximately 1.5 miles and should take about 30-40 minutes.

If you have access to a bike, you can ride from Grandview Hill. Start by heading east on Grandview Hill Drive, then take a left onto 1600 N. Continue until you reach Canyon Road, where you will turn right. Follow Canyon Road north until you see the entrance to Rock Canyon. Biking will be faster than walking; expect to cover the distance in about 10-15 minutes on a bike, but ensure you are cautious of traffic on Canyon Road.

While public transport options may be limited in this area, you can use the Utah Transit Authority (UTA) bus services. The nearest bus stop is located a short walk from Grandview Hill. Head to the nearest bus stop on 1600 N and catch the 830 bus heading towards Provo. Get off at the stop near the intersection of 1600 N and Canyon Road. From there, you will have to walk approximately 0.5 miles to reach the entrance of Rock Canyon. Check the UTA website for the latest schedules and fares.
