Walking
If you are starting from the center of Grandview Hill, head south on 900 East until you reach 2000 North. Turn left and continue walking east until you reach the foothills. Follow the trails leading up into the hills. As you ascend, look for signs pointing toward The Ovens, which is a well-known hiking destination in the area. The hike is approximately 1.5 miles and may take about 30-45 minutes depending on your pace.
Biking
If you have access to a bike, you can take advantage of Provo's bike-friendly paths. From any point in Grandview Hill, head towards 900 East and then take the bike path that runs along the road. Follow it north until you reach 2000 North. Turn right and continue cycling until you find the trailhead leading up to The Ovens. This route is approximately 2 miles long and should take around 15-20 minutes by bike.
Public Transit
For those using public transportation, take the Provo City transit bus. Board the bus at the nearest stop on 900 East. You will want to get off at the stop near 2000 North. From there, walk east along 2000 North until you reach the trails that lead to The Ovens. Make sure to check the bus schedule for routes and times, as well as any potential costs for riding the bus.
