Public Transit
To reach the Tooele Pioneer Museum from downtown Salt Lake City, begin by heading to the TRAX light rail station at 200 S and Main St. Take the Red Line train towards the University of Utah. Get off at the 900 S station. Transfer to the 477 bus towards Tooele, which can be found at the bus stop adjacent to the train station. Stay on the bus until you reach the Tooele Main St and 100 N stop. From there, walk east on 100 N for about 4 blocks until you reach E Vine St. Turn left on E Vine St, and after two blocks, you will find the museum at 47 E Vine St, Tooele, UT 84074.

If you prefer to bike, rent a bike from a local bike share program in Salt Lake City. Start your ride by heading west on 300 S to join the Jordan River Parkway Trail. Follow the trail south until you reach the point where the trail intersects with 2100 S. Turn right onto 2100 S and continue until you reach the 1000 W intersection. From there, turn left and go south until you reach 2000 S. Continue west on 2000 S until you reach US-36. Follow US-36, which will lead you directly into Tooele. Once in Tooele, turn left onto Vine St, and the museum will be on your right at 47 E Vine St.
