If you are starting from downtown Salt Lake City, head northeast on Main Street towards 300 North. Continue walking for about 10-15 minutes. When you reach 300 North, turn left and walk for another 5 minutes until you reach the intersection with East Street. White Memorial Chapel will be on your right at 150 E 300 N.
