If you're starting from downtown Salt Lake City, head to the nearest TRAX light rail station, which is typically the City Center Station. Board the Blue Line train heading towards the University Medical Center. Stay on the train for about 5 stops. Get off at the Gallivan Plaza Station. Once you exit the station, walk west on 200 South towards State Street (about 3 blocks). Once you reach State Street, turn right and walk approximately 2 additional blocks until you reach the State of Utah Council Hall at 300 State St.

If you are in the vicinity of the Utah State Capitol, you can walk directly to the State of Utah Council Hall. From the Utah State Capitol, head south on State Street for about 4 blocks. The Council Hall will be on your left at 300 State St. This walk should take approximately 10-15 minutes.

You can take the Utah Transit Authority (UTA) bus system. Look for a bus that stops at the nearest bus station to your location. For example, if you are near City Creek Center, you can catch the bus route 2 or 3 at the City Creek Center stop. Ride the bus until you reach the State Street and 300 South stop. From there, it is just a short walk to the State of Utah Council Hall, located at 300 State St.
