Getting There

  • Car

    If you're driving from Snowbird, start by heading south on Little Cottonwood Canyon Road (UT-210) towards the junction with the I-215 freeway. Merge onto I-215 N and continue for about 8 miles. Take exit 6 for 2100 S and turn left onto 2100 S. Continue straight for approximately 2.5 miles. Turn right onto Heritage Way, and you will find Tanner Park on your left at 2660 Heritage Way, Salt Lake City, UT 84109. Parking is available in the park.

    To get to Tanner Park using public transportation, take the UTA Ski Bus (Route 972) from the Snowbird resort. Ride the bus towards the Salt Lake City area and get off at the stop at 3900 S & 2300 E. From there, transfer to the UTA Bus Route 9 heading towards Downtown Salt Lake City. Get off at the stop at 2100 S & 2700 E. Tanner Park is a short 10-minute walk from there. Head east on 2100 S, then turn right onto Heritage Way and you will see Tanner Park.
