Car
From Sundance, head east on UT-92 E for about 3 miles until you reach the intersection with US-189. Turn left onto US-189 N and continue for approximately 6 miles. Look for signs for the Provo Canyon Scenic Byway (US-189). Continue on US-189 N until you reach the turnoff for the Lost Creek Falls trailhead, which is located on the right side of the road. There is a parking area near the trailhead where you can leave your vehicle. Note that there may be a parking fee, typically around $6.
