Walking
From the center of Torrey, head east on UT-24 (also known as Main Street) towards the direction of the Capitol Reef National Park entrance. Continue walking along this road for approximately 2.5 miles. You will pass a few scenic views and local shops along the way. Keep an eye out for the Fruita Schoolhouse on your right side, which is located just off UT-24. It will be clearly marked, and you can walk towards it to explore the historic site.
