Follow UT-9 which merges into State Route 59. Continue on State Route 59 for approximately 9 miles until you reach Hurricane. Once in Hurricane, turn onto 350 N and proceed west until you reach 3700 W. The park will be on your left. There is no entry fee for Grandpa's Pond Park.
