    From downtown Vernal, start on Main Street heading north. Continue on Main Street until you reach the intersection with 500 North. Turn right onto 500 North and continue until you reach Highway 191. Turn left onto Highway 191 North. Follow Highway 191 for about 3 miles. Look for the signs for Red Fleet State Park on your left. The entrance to the park is marked, and you can lock your bike at the designated bike racks.

    From the center of Vernal, walk north on Main Street until you reach the intersection with 500 North. Turn right on 500 North and walk until you reach Highway 191. At Highway 191, turn left and continue walking north for about 3 miles. You will see signs for Red Fleet State Park on your left. The park entrance is well-marked, and the walk is approximately 1 hour, so be prepared with water and sun protection.
