If you are in downtown Vernal, start at the intersection of Main St and 100 E. Head west on Main St for about 0.3 miles. You will pass several shops and eateries on your way. After crossing the intersection with 200 W, continue straight. Utah Historical Marker #247 is located at 3 W Main St, on your left side. It will be directly in front of the Vernal City Hall.
