Take exit 121 for 1300 E toward the University of Utah. Turn right onto 1300 E and follow the road as it curves to the left, becoming Sunnyside Ave. Continue on Sunnyside Ave for about 1 mile, and you will reach the Pony Express National Historic Trail at 2423-2599 Sunnyside Ave S, Salt Lake City, UT 84108.
