Car
If you're driving, start from downtown Salt Lake City. Head east on 400 South St, then turn right onto State St. Continue on State St for about 1.5 miles, then take the ramp onto I-80 E. Keep on I-80 E for about 5 miles, and take exit 121 for Foothill Dr. Turn right onto Foothill Dr and continue for about 1 mile. Then, turn left onto Wakara Way. The Red Butte Stone House will be on your right at 300 Wakara Way. Parking is available on-site.
Public Transportation
If you prefer public transportation, start by taking the TRAX light rail from downtown Salt Lake City. Board the Blue Line toward the University Medical Center. Get off at the University South Campus station. From there, you can take the University of Utah shuttle (U of U Campus Shuttle) that runs regularly to the Red Butte Garden area. The shuttle is free for all visitors. Once you're dropped off, walk about 5 minutes to reach the Red Butte Stone House at 300 Wakara Way.
Bike
For those who enjoy biking, rent a bike in downtown Salt Lake City. Head east on 400 South St towards State St, then continue on the designated bike lanes towards Foothill Dr. Once on Foothill Dr, bike north until you reach Wakara Way. Turn left onto Wakara Way, and the Red Butte Stone House will be on your right at 300 Wakara Way. Be cautious of traffic and ensure that you wear a helmet.
