Getting There

  • Walking

    From downtown Cedar City, head north on Main Street. Continue until you reach the intersection with 200 N Street. Turn left onto 200 N and walk until you reach the end of the street. Take a right onto 700 W and continue walking straight. After about 1.5 miles, you will reach the junction with Utah 147. Keep walking straight as you merge onto the road. Observation Point will be on your left after approximately 3 miles. Look for the signs that indicate the entrance to the trail.

    If you have access to a bike, start at the Cedar City Main Street Park. Head north on Main Street and continue until you reach 200 N. Turn left onto 200 N, then take a right onto 700 W. Follow this road for about 1.5 miles. When you reach Utah 147, you will be on the right path. Observation Point is about 3 miles further on your left. Make sure to follow the bike lanes where available for safety.

    Check the local bus schedule for Cedar City. If there are buses heading towards Utah 147, take one to the nearest stop.
