If you are starting from the Bukhara train station, exit the station and head southeast towards the main road, K. Murtazaev Street. After about 500 meters, turn left onto K. Murtazaev Street and continue walking for approximately 1 kilometer until you reach the intersection with Bukhara Street. Turn right onto Bukhara Street and walk for about 300 meters. You will see the Kalon Mosque on your left. Continue past the mosque and take the next left onto Mehtar Ambar Street. Continue walking for about 300 meters, and you will find Chor Minor Madrasah at Mehtar Ambar St 90, on your right.

If you are starting from the Ark Fortress, exit the fortress and head east towards the main road. Walk along the road for about 700 meters until you reach the intersection with K. Murtazaev Street. Turn right onto K. Murtazaev Street and continue for another 300 meters. Take a left turn onto Bukhara Street and walk for approximately 250 meters. Then take a left onto Mehtar Ambar Street. Continue walking for about 300 meters, and Chor Minor Madrasah will be on your right at Mehtar Ambar St 90.
