Getting There

Walking
If you are starting from Bukhara's historic center, head towards the Lyab-i Hauz complex. Once you reach the pond, take the street on the north side of the pond. Walk straight on this street for about 10 minutes until you reach the intersection with Degrezi Street. Turn left onto Degrezi Street, and continue walking for approximately 5 minutes. Medrese Turkmen will be on your right at the address 21 Degrezi.

If you are near the Bukhara Bazaar (Tim Abdulaziz), exit the bazaar and head northeast towards the main road. Turn left onto the main road and walk straight for about 15 minutes. Look for the signs pointing towards the historic sites. When you reach the intersection with Degrezi Street, turn right. Medrese Turkmen will be located about 5 minutes down Degrezi Street on your left.

From the Bukhara train station, exit the station and turn right onto the main road. Walk straight for about 20 minutes until you reach the city center. Once in the center, follow the directions to the Lyab-i Hauz complex. From there, follow the previous walking guidance towards Degrezi Street.
